As a result, we were able to obtain a written opinion form from her physician as to what our client's capabilities were. We then argued that these capabilities and limitations made her past work and other work, impossible. Through questioning, the claimant described that due to her pain and swelling, she needs to elevate her legs 3 to 4 times per day for about 30 minutes. Additionally, her fatigue and dizziness causes her to lie down several hours during the day.
